Blowing off the cobwebs...

Well, two and a half years in, and  I've yet to actually post anything on this blog. The Curse of The Broken Camera....

Seems like a good time to start.

What can you expect to find on this blog, now you've had the misfortune to stumble across it? As the name suggests, it'll mainly follow that it's the trials and tribulations of a work-a-day everyman, as he strives to make progress in his never-ending battle against the unpainted lead-mountain currently inhabiting his loft, all the while dealing with such distractions as shift work, the weather, and trying to get a Land Rover 90 back on the road...

Whilst for the most part focussing on 15mm, 20mm and 28mm wargaming, I can't promise that it won't feature the odd bit of 76th or 35th scale modelling, when I'm feeling really creative.

Since forewarned is forearmed, my current projects include 15mm Feudal era Scots, 15mm Flodden Era Scots, 20mm 1980s British Army of The Rhine, 1980s Norwegians (seriously), 28mm Wars of Independance Scots, 28mm Hundred Years War Scots, 28mm Age of Reason Royal Welch Fusiliers, 28mm Jacobites, 28mm British Napoleonics (not a Scot amonst them, honest!) as well as some odder stuff in 28mm like cold war Berlin Brigade, 1970's coppers and blaggers, and a heap of stuff I've probably forgotten about.

So that's what to expect...

Cheers
Iain.
